AT Team
An internal operations dashboard for running our own e-commerce stores.
AT Team is a private, internal tool operated by Afonso Santos. It is used only by our own team to manage our own Shopify stores and the Google Ads and Google Merchant Center accounts that belong to those stores. It is not offered to the public or to other businesses.
What it does
- Reporting: reads spend, clicks, impressions, conversions and campaign status from our own Google Ads accounts (managed under our own manager account) and compares them with our stores' sales to calculate return on ad spend.
- Keyword research: uses Google Ads Keyword Planner data (search volume and trends) to decide which products to list in our stores.
- Store operations: creates product drafts, updates prices and tidies up the product catalog of our own Shopify stores.
- Setup tracking: keeps a checklist of the setup steps of each store (Search Console, Merchant Center, Google Ads).
Google API usage
AT Team accesses the Google Ads API only for accounts that we own and manage. Access is limited to our own team. Data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide the features above and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
