Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AT Team ("the tool", "we") accesses, uses, stores and shares data. AT Team is an internal tool operated by Afonso Santos (contact: afonsotrovaopt@gmail.com). It is used only by our own team, for our own businesses.

1. Data we access

• Google Ads data from accounts we own and manage: campaign names and status, budgets, and performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and conversion value), including per-product metrics, and Keyword Planner data (keyword ideas, search volume, competition).
• Shopify store data from our own stores: products, prices, and order totals used for sales reporting (order value, refunds, date and the products sold). We do not store customer names, addresses, emails or payment details.
• Public competitor information that any visitor can see on public online stores (product names, prices and public best-seller lists).
• Team account information: the name and email address of the team members who use the tool.

2. How we use the data

We use the data only to operate our own stores: to report on sales and advertising performance, calculate return on ad spend, research keywords and products, and manage our product catalog and campaign setup. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to build profiles of individuals.

3. Google API Services

AT Team's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access the Google Ads API with the minimum scope needed (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) and only for Google Ads accounts that we own and manage.

4. Storage and security

• Data is stored in a private database used only by AT Team. Access credentials for third-party services (Google, Shopify) are encrypted at rest.
• Access to the tool is restricted to our own team members.
• We keep reporting data for as long as it is needed to run and analyse our stores, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

5. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share Google user data or store data with third parties. Data may be processed by the infrastructure providers that host the tool, only to run it. We may disclose data if required by law.

6. Your choices and deletion

To ask about the data we hold or to request its deletion, contact afonsotrovaopt@gmail.com. Access granted to AT Team in Google Ads can be removed at any time in Google Ads under Admin → Access and security.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
